Led by Professors Jordi Canals and John Almandoz, with Yih-Teen Lee, Sebastian Reiche, Marta Elvira, and Joan Jané serving as moderators, the event brought together more than 40 international academics and business leaders to examine the impact of polarization on business and society. Participants explored how to foster dialogue, trust, and cooperation in increasingly fragmented environments.

Notable speakers included Arthur Brooks (Harvard University), Wendy Smith (University of Delaware), Harold James (Princeton University), Colin Mayer (University of Oxford), Sinan Aral (MIT), and Donna Hicks (Harvard University).

This initiative forms part of STI commitment to promoting responsible leadership and encouraging rigorous, constructive debate on the major social challenges of our time.
