The Technology & Ethics area focuses on the ethical and social implications of emerging technologies, exploring issues related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data governance, and human rights. It promotes responsible innovation guided by ethical principles and encourages interdisciplinary dialogue among technology, philosophy, law, and the social sciences, with the goal of ensuring that technological progress serves the common good.

This article synthesizes the key insights from the international conference “From Polarization to Understanding: Bridging Divides in Business and Society,” jointly organized by IESE Business School and the Social Trends Institute.
