John D. Mueller is the director of the Economics and Ethics Program of the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC). Mr. Mueller is also president of LBMC LLC, a firm in Washington, D.C., specializing in economic and financial-market forecasting and economic policy analysis. He has more than 25 years of experience in those fields. From 1988 to 2001, Mr. Mueller was a principal and chief economist of Lehrman Bell Mueller Cannon, Inc. He graduated in 1974 from Haverford College. From 1974-75, Mr. Mueller was a Thomas J. Watson Traveling Fellow. From 2001-02, he was among the first fellows of Princeton University‘s James Madison Program.
