Yasin Rofcanin is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at University of Bath, School of Management, UK. He is Co-Director of the the Future of Work (FoW) Research Center at University of Bath, School of Management and is currently an Associate Editor of Human Relations, an FT 50 prestigious journal. He obtained his PhD in Organizational Behavior and HRM from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He earned his BA in Management from Istanbul, Bogazici University. His research focuses on flexible work practices, family supportive supervisor behaviors (FSSBs), HRM differentiation, i-deals, job crafting and employee work engagement. His research has appeared in journals including Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management Journal and Journal of Vocational Behavior, among others. He is also a Board Member of the following journals: British Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and Human Relations.
