Celeste Marie Torio serves as Lecturer for the Integral Economic Development Management Program in the School of Business & Economics at The Catholic University of America. Her expertise is in epidemiology, health policy, and program evaluation and management. Her work was featured in ABC News, the Huffington Post, and Scientific American. She served as guest editor for the American Journal of Preventive Medicine and has written peer-reviewed articles for scientific publications. She received a PhD in Cancer Prevention and Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and an MPH in Chronic Disease Epidemiology from Yale University.
